The National Deaf Association aims to elevate affiliated deaf organizations in province and region to be driven by stable and consistent deaf member registration system. Service management shall be provided base on needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals in the area. Further more, the association shall lead in Asean for the best promotion and development in quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing.
