Receive complaints

1. Fill out the complaint form at the association or submit a complaint via email.

In the case of filling in at the association, the officer will check.
Correctness: Sent to the Association President and forwarded to the Subcommittee for Receiving Complaints.

2. The Subcommittee accepts complaints, considers, investigates, investigates witnesses, coordinates, answers questions, or explains complaints.

Period of 15 days or as appropriate
