Because the association is still in the process of recruiting and collecting research data and related scholarship information and for the benefit of the deaf and hard of hearing people and those involved the association is requesting permission to introduce the research and scholarship of the Ratchasuda Foundation.
The Foundation has provided opportunities for those with physical disablilites, such as: the deaf, the dumb, those unable to speak or having speech defects, those with visual disabilities, mental and physical disabilities, or those with movement disabilities, to have the opportunity to study further at university at all levels, taught by the normal people.
